Her flagship initiative, the Unapologetically Bare Mentorship Program, offers one-on-one support, fostering a nurturing environment for individuals to address emotional hurdles while developing personalized strategies to boost self-confidence. In addition to mentoring, Christal is an organic skincare formulator who creates natural products that promote healthy skin. She also leads the Crown Chronicles support group, which hosts monthly meet-ups designed to build community and celebrate shared experiences for those within the alopecia community.
Her expertise extends to media appearances, where she discusses the challenges of alopecia, advocates for authenticity, and challenges societal beauty standards. Furthermore, Christal incorporates mindfulness initiatives by providing art therapy resources through adult coloring books and an upcoming workbook to enhance workplace confidence.
