Are you a certified coach?

No, I'm not a certified coach. What I offer comes from lived experience. I've been navigating life with alopecia for over 20 years, and it's taken me through grief, shame, healing, and finally, a grounded sense of self. This mentorship isn't about perfection but showing up as we are. My role isn't to tell you what to do from a pedestal. It's to walk beside you with honesty, compassion, and real-life tools to help you feel more seen, supported, and empowered in your journey.

 

Where are you located?

I'm based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. However, all sessions are online, which means we can connect no matter where you are.

 

How does the process work? What if I'm not sure I'm ready?

If you're feeling unsure, that's completely normal. That's why I offer a free 20-minute exploration call—no pressure, no commitment. It's a chance for us to chat, answer your questions, and explore what you might want support with.

If you decide to move forward, you'll choose a service that best matches your current needs—like confidence-building, boundaries, or dating with alopecia.

 

You can book a single session or select a 3- or 6-session package from there. These options offer financial flexibility, so you can choose what works best for your budget and pace. After you book, you'll receive an intake form to help me get to know your story and goals. We'll review it together during our first session and tailor your mentorship journey to fit your lifestyle and intentions.

 

Is the mentorship customized?

Yes, 100%. Everyone's experience with alopecia is different, and your mentorship should reflect that. Each service is centered around a specific topic, but we'll shape our time together based on your goals within that space. Whether you're building self-trust, navigating professional spaces, or learning to let go of old beliefs, we'll meet you where you are.

 

Are the sessions private and confidential?

Absolutely. What you share stays between us, within the limits of the law. Your privacy is respected at every step, and nothing will be shared without your explicit consent—unless there is an immediate concern for your safety or someone else's.

 

How are the sessions run?

All sessions are hosted online through Google Meet, so you can join from wherever you're most comfortable. This is a come-as-you-are space—no pressure, no expectations.

 

How long is each session?

Each virtual session is 45 minutes, Eastern Standard Time (EST).

 

What is your refund policy?

I intend to create a space where you feel safe and supported—not rushed or pressured. When you book a session or a package, you're making a meaningful investment in your healing, and I honor that. That's why all sessions are final sale and non-refundable.

 

This policy exists not to be rigid but to encourage thoughtful commitment and mutual accountability. I'm here to support you and want you to feel confident in your decision before moving forward. If you need to start small, the pay-as-you-go option is a great way to explore without the weight of a big upfront cost. Packages are available if you're ready to save a bit and dive deeper at your own pace.

 

What happens if I can't make my scheduled session?

Life happens—and sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, just let me know 48 hours in advance by emailing info@yourbaldbestie.com and canceling through your account at www.yourbaldbestie.com.

If you cancel on time, you can reschedule your session within one week. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for makeup sessions. If you're more than 15 minutes late without notice, it will be marked as a no-show, and that session time can't be made up.

 

I deeply value your time and hold myself to the same standard. If I have to reschedule, I'll give you at least 72 hours' notice and offer a makeup session for 1 full hour (instead of 45 minutes) as a gesture of respect and good faith.

 

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards are accepted. I don't accept PayPal, cheques, money orders, Western Union, or wire transfers.

 

What if I'd like to continue after my sessions end?

I'd be honored to continue supporting you on your journey. Once you've completed the Thrive or Bloom mentorship service, you're eligible for a one-time 15% discount on your next single session or package as a thank-you for your commitment and growth. To redeem, use the LOYALTY coupon code at checkout. You're welcome to return whenever you feel ready—whether for a check-in, continued support, or to explore a new focus. There's no pressure or timeline—just an open door when needed.
